ANU Museum
A very detailed, entertaining and advanced museum on history of the Jewish people
ANU Museum: “The world is one great web”

ANU Museum on the campus of Tel Aviv University suggests a number of things:

1. Everyone around us has Jewish roots in one way or another;

2. If it isn’t true, you have to dig deeper;

3. The history of the Jewish people is all about persecution and injustice, as well as attempts to have the Promised Land;

4. The majority of prominent politicians, artists, scientists and other significant figures were of Jewish origin.

You can visit the museum to work out whether these statements are true. The museum itself is rather splendid. It’s interactive, with lots of animated exhibits. Everything is explained in plain language, which is justified given how complex the Jewish social structure and history are.

You can ask for a discount for students at the checkout or even try to pass for free, why not. If you turn left at the entrance and go through the store, go to the elevator without attracting attention and go up to the third floor. Only we didn't tell you that!
Task 15.1
There are many interesting exhibits but your task is to find a large screen which shows a cartoon about dancing celebrities of Jewish origin. When you see a Russian musician, join the celebrities’ funny dance on screen. Record a horizontal video of the flash mob and send it to us. It should be 15 sec or less. The video must show at least three of your team members dancing in front the Russian person on screen. This will help you earn 10 points.
